Rugged long lasting design, made of breathable polyester/PU material for outstanding comfort, with neoprene inner sleeves inside. Adjustable hook and loop wrist closures, attached storm-fit hood and hook and loop chin flaps and a locking draw cord. Heavy duty front zipper, pocket zippers, and underarm air zippers are weather sealed to keep out harsh wind and rain. This fluorescent lime/black parka features 2" silver reflective stripes.
